Hi, I have installed the software glpi in Internet hosting where I have both the domain of our company as the mail server. My problem is I have configured the mail server fails me.
When trying to configure notifications, and give you a taste, I get an error message "Failure sending the test message to the administrator." I use the SMTP server, for example, use our printers to send scanned documents by mail, without having to authenticate to smtp server.
I wonder how this process GLPI in sending mails to try to configure it.
Thank you very much.
I catch the error step
