We have a request from our users to be able to send new tickets as email. To make this possible I have set up GLPI to check one inbox in our mail system. Problem is all new tickets are created in the "root-unit" (as usual I am not sure about the correct name since I run GLPI in Swedish). Since we have two IT-departments I have set up two child-units to the root-unit. I want the email from this inbox to end up in the right child-unit. Is there any way to accomplish this?
