update a ticket

Hi there,

Is there any of updating all the fields and add follow ups on  a ticket in one go? For example, to update a ticket and reassign to new technician, I have to add note and wait for it to complete then reassign the ticket to a new technician.

Can I do all tasks relating to a ticket in one go?

thanks,

Re: update a ticket

Thanks yllen for your response.

I'm not quite understand you.

But how do i update a ticket like assign it to a tech and then upload a document and add note. All in one go? Is this possible?
