Hi, i hope someone could help me with following:
I want to set a ticket workflow:
When user "A" creates a new ticket i make a bussiness rule to assign it directly to technician "B". It´s ok.
But the problem comes now: When the technician "B" set the same ticket to resolved status i want the ticket to be assigned to Supervisor "C".
The question may be this: Can I set a bussiness rule inside another one to simulated a workflow?

Business rule is only play at the creation of the ticket, not at the update of it
