Manager Resolution Approval

I am looking for help when my techs solve a ticket with a resolution, I would like that ticket to be assigned to a manager to approve the resolution of that ticket.  Is this possible?  If so, can you point me to documentation to setup this hierarchy within GLPI?

The requester must approves the solution, not the manager
