Changing template

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to change the content of the mail the users receive when they receive a follow-up. The goal is, that when they receive a mail from a follow-up, it only gives the url where they can find their ticket (that's already the case) but nothing else, only a message that says that there's a new follow-up and that they can view these by clicking on hte url. Is this possible and if so, how do i do this?

Re: Changing template

OK, so now I've managed to change the way I like it. Only one thing. Is there a way to leave out the previous messages when posting a follow-up? This to keep the overview.

Re: Changing template

I found the solution for my last question. In the template you need to change ##FOREACHfollowups## into ##FOREACHLASTfollowups##

Still a last question. Is it possible to disable sending a mail, when a follow-up is set private?
