Question about Follow-ups (e-mail response)

So,
I see it's possible to add follow-ups by e-mail, how this work? Can someone explain please?

Just reply to a notification message (if GLPI is well configured, the reply address should be the collector address)

GLPI will use the message-id or subject to find the ticket, and add the content as a followup.

Hum, ok.

I see this accidentaly, a techinician just reply a ticket with a "vacations default message" and add a follow-up, hehehe.

I ended up putting filters on the GLPI IMAP account so that out-of-office messages are purged before GLPI sees them.
