Open tiket via mail

Hello,

I'am looking for a way to open a new incidence in GLPI via mail. I want to send an e-mail with the data needed by the program and GLPI has to open a new incidence with that data.

I found this tutorial: http://www.glpi-project.org/wiki/doku.p … mailserver, I follow it, but it doesn't work for me.

Can anyone help me?

Which version of GLPI ?
What doesn't work ?
Which messages in /files/_log ?
which messages in debug mode ?

Hello guys,

Finally I can open new incidences with the new e-mails that I receive in the mail account. Now the problem I have, is that GLPI doesn't look for new e-mails automatically. I have to click the button in the image to make the e-mails become new incidences in GLPI.

I've been looking for some documentation about this problem, but what I found was in French and I don't understand nothing. Is there any way to make this procedure automatic? I think it could be done with this:

C (...) xampp / php / php.exe-f C (...) xampp / htdocs / glpi / delante / cron.php

The problem is that i don't know how to make the .bat... can you help me?

Sorry but i didn't see ur messages till now, I saw the thread only with my 2 messages, there weren't more posts...

My version is 0.80.1, I solved the problem of the opening of incidences via mail, but now I don't know how to make GLPI look for new e-mails automatically.

You must activate mailgate in Setup > automatic actions

Thanks for the answer, I've looked for it and its activated, nevertheless it doesn't works... i have to execute it manually.. I don't know why if the task is well configured...

any other idea?
