I have the problem that I can't add a ticket for a device. "New ticket for this item..." Link is missing. For computers and software I can add new tickets without any Problem.
If I go to tickets and add a new ticket, I get in the "Associated element" drop down list only General, Computer, Phone, Database, Idea Box and Software.
Can anyone tell me where I can configure this items?
I'm using GLPI 0.80.1

goto Administration -> Profiles --> Assistance --> Linkable Items to a ticket (choose )
