Hello,
Is there a way to disable some fields in helpdesk like urgency, impact, watcher, for a specific profile?
I know that in the profile settings I can set "update tickets" to "No", but this setting disable some fields that I want to be enabled like "User - Requester".
For example, I want "User - Requester" enabled, but I want "Urgency" and "Impact" disabled for a specific profile..
Is it possible?

For now, it is not possible.
The only solution is the post-only profile with a minimun ticket form.
It will be possible in a future version (with ticket template)
