Version of GLPI ?

The close of a ticket depends of the parameter in the entity configuration. Perhaps have you change the solution in the same time of the cron to close the ticket

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

I approve Bunak's ticket. It appears after update from 0.78 to 0.80
Does the tickets have to close automatically by cron? I never turned on this option.

Version of GLPI is 0.80. Update from 0.78.4

When the solution of Ticket was created in first, Ticket not closed itself.
Then if do any changes in the created solution of Ticket, Ticket closed itself immediately.

Re: [Bug?] Ticket itself closed, if change solution
