Template tag for unknown user's email

What is the notification template tag to display the email address associated to a ticket?  I need this to display the email address in my templates if the user is not known, so like this...

##IFticket.author.name####ticket.author.name####ENDIFticket.author.name##
##ELSEIFticket.author.name####ticket.user.email####ENDELSEticket.author.name##

However I can't find in the code or on the forge what to use for inputing the email address.  I've found two contradicting items on the dev forge...

ticket.user.email  - https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/glp … eateTicket
ticket.useremail  - https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/glp … platesTags

In testing neither seem to work.

I am using 0.78.4 currently.

Thanks
- Trey

Re: Template tag for unknown user's email

You don't have this tag.

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Re: Template tag for unknown user's email

Is there a way I can add this tag, and possibly provide the code I use?  It would be most useful.

Thanks

Re: Template tag for unknown user's email

Is there no way to have the email referenced in the notification template?  What's strange is when I was testing early versions of 0.78 during Beta there was a tag that did show the email, and was used how I described in the first post.

Thanks
- Trey

Re: Template tag for unknown user's email

Hate having to bump this but I could really use this feature or get more info on the subject.  When 0.78 was in BETA I had this working so I'm not sure if it was removed for some reason.

Thanks
- Trey
