Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mail receiver
Hi, my name is Tomas, I'm setting Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mail receiver:
I've created the receiver.
I need to set a rule that if the user is unkown assing the ticket to Root Entitiy, and if the sender is a know user assign the ticket to the correcto entitity.
I just get work the know users rule, but I can't get working the Unkown users rule. It's possibly to set that rule?
