Hello,
I am running 78.4 with an email receiver setup. When GLPI receives an email request from an email address which is "unknown" it does NOT automatically create a ticket. Instead, it puts it in "list of not imported emails" with reason of rebuff: unknown user . Is there a way to modify the setting so that GLPI will create a ticket even if the sender's email address is not known to glpi through local or ldap? Thanks!

I found the setting:
Setup --> General --> Asistance
Allow anonymous ticket creation (helpdesk.receiver) : No (Default) --> Change to YES
