This issue started after upgrading to 0.78.1
We are currently running version 0.78.2
Is there a way to simply stop the requester getting there own follow-up back when replying to an email from the helpdesk.

For example:
user (requester) sends a request via outlook e.g. helpme please
technician receives request in helpdesk (ok)
technician sends a follow-up in helpdesk e.g. try this
requester receives technicians follow-up in outlook (ok)
requester sends a repy in outlook e.g. tried that!!
After a couple of minutes requester gets there own follow-up sent back to them i.e. tried that!! (very confusing)

Hello. Is this issue solved? We're still experiencing the problem.
Some months ago it suddently worked properly, and because of some recent changes, it is happening again...
We do not want the requester receive emails about its own followups.
Any ideas? Thanks!!
