Email reply re-opens closed ticket
Hi All
Is it possible to have tickets re-open if an reply is received?

Yes. When a ticket is closed and an user send email, the ticket will have this status change(assign if you have technician or groupe or new without)

Does the "reply" email get appended to the ticket ?
