total duration statistics

Hi,

i am using GLPI 0.78, regarding tickets, when i set one ticket to solved or closed status, the  Average resolution delay     Average (real) duration of ticket     Total (real) duration of ticket     Average delay to respond to the ticket are not correct most of them are showing cero (0) as value.

how can this be fixed? this is really needed for ticket resolution reports.

Re: total duration statistics

This was an issue back in 0.72.4 too, and probably earlier.  I think its on the roadmap, but everytime I've mentioned it, I've been ignored.

I ended up creating my own methodology and manually calculating response and closing times.  Probably better off writing a custom report using the Reports plugin.

Re: total duration statistics

Go find out yourself.  The reports plugin does have a wiki.
