Adding technicians

GLPI V. 0.72.4

This should be an obvious thing but I just can't see it.

Where, on a profile, is the bit that makes people 'technicians'.

In other words; I'm looking at a ticket. I need to add people to the 'Assigned to:' (Technician) pulldown.

To make a person Technician, you just attribute him a specific profil (if you can be in charge of a ticket, you are a technician)

Any profile that is linked to the "Standard Interface" is a technician.  Of course, .72.4 doesn't have any standard interface, but its called something else.


Now using 0.78.1 on CentOS.

No sean.tapscott. You must change in profile the field "to be in charge of a ticket"
In 0.72, Standard interface is Commend Center
