Statistics

Hi ... 

I testing version 0.78 and after closing the ticket I can't see any information about duration, real duration, delay to respond to the ticket.

What I'm doing wrong?

I think there are a lot of previous forum posts about the statistics being strange.

Now using 0.78.1 on CentOS.
