We have some computer items that are used by multiple users - in this case, a fax server.
If one user creates a ticket for a problem with that device, the other users, that also use the device, have no visibility of that ticket - can anyone suggest a solution for this?
If I create a group and put all users in it that use the device, they can select the device when creating a ticket, but they cannot see a ticket created for the device by another user - maybe allow this in future versions?
