Hello all!
Knowledge database is associated to root entity. When i attach document to a KB this document is also associated to root entity. I cannot use these documents for a ticket which belongs to another entity. 2 Questions to this. Is it possible to change the Knowledge database to another entity. How can i link a KB to a ticket.

There is no relation (in 0.70) between KB/FAQ and entities.
Yes document are attached to an entity.
Recursivity for document will be available in next release (0.71).
Actually, you need to upload the document in each entity.
