Hello,
when we receive a new helpdesk we receive only the name of device.
Is important for us to know the modelname and specially the serial number.
Can someone explain how extract theese information?

You mean the notification mail needs to contain the model and serial information? As of current, it is not a configuration option. Is it insufficient for you to have a web link to the GLPI ticket in the mail? You have links to the inventory item from there.

The problem is that If THe helpdesk is sent to exeternal support is not possible to read information in our database.
Always we have to create the new helpdesk for the users and when we choose the material connected to user we have to insert into the textbox the correct model and serial because in not inserted automatically.
