Good morning!
When a post-only user open a new ticket and click on 'Submit message', he receives the following feedback:
Your message has been sent successfully, your request is on file.
Thank you for using our automatic helpdesk system.
Would it be possible something more informative? Something like a nice looking table with ticket number, the info submitted, an explanation that he will receive a mail message with this info, some contact info with the TIC department...
And a button to open a new ticket just under all this info.
I know there is one 'Add a new ticket' button on top, but a textual button under the table is more obvious.
What do you think about it?
