Hi,
Here's another basic question for you... We've just created a test ticket from an email comprising of a long conversation between managers. It's so log that the Tickets screen just contains this one ticket! is there any way in which the number of characters displayed can be limited? In General/Setup I've set "Maximum number of characters for the summary text boxes :50" but this hasn't worked. Am I missing something really simple???
Running 0.83.91
Thanks!
Ades

Thanks MoYo,
It's the basic Assistance/Tickets screen. Maybe my description wasn't quite accurate... All of our 10 open tickets are displayed with the new long ticket at the top of the list. You have to scroll down two pages to get to the second ticket. Is there a way to limit the number of characters displayed so you only see a few lines for each one....
Ta!

That's great MoYo,
Thanks for coming back to me so quickly. I forgot to add our version into my original post and added it after your reply. We're running 0.83.91. Still holding out for the new PDF Plugin!
