Hello,
we updated out GLPI installation from 10.0.16 to 10.0.18. After that we can´t receive email from our inbox. The mailbox is on Microsoft O365. The diagnostic show no problems. If the inbox is empty everything is working but if only one email is in the inbox GLPI can`t receive the emails. White screen within the browser.
Hope somebody can help me.

Please check your GLPI logs. By default they are in the "files/_log" folder.

Hello,
we found the problem. It was the plugin 'mailanalyzer', which hadn't been updated to the latest version. it seems that glpi 10.0.18 handles emails a little differently, which broke a mailanalyzer function, which therefore led to the mail receiver not working anymore. Updating the plugin to version 3.2.1 fixed the issue.
