Hello, I have a problem when I change the status of the ticket, as an administrator I get the option to put "Reason" and postponed date, but I have created some profiles and that option does not appear, does anyone have an idea which part I should give permission for? Can I modify that with the states?

This isn't a GLPI feature. It is probably from a plugin.
The native alternative to this is the Pending Reasons feature which can be used when adding a task or followup by clicking the pause icon inside the task/followup form.
