Hey everyone,
I'm a simple admin using the software and an issue we're facing at my company is the large amount of tickets where users haven't bothered writing a neat, descriptive title for their ticket.
As a result, it's hard to keep track of what issues are currently at play.
Every other service management tool I have ever used would give incident managers the option to edit a ticket's description and title, but here I'm struggling to find the option. I've browsed a similar topic on this forum but couldn't find a solution that worked for me.

depending on your profile you can edit title and description
check your profile and see if you are allowed to update ticket.

I'm on an admin profile and can't do it. My coworker has a super admin profile and couldn't do it either.
We're on GLPI 10.0.10

can you see the 3 dots at the top right corner of the green box displaying title and description ?
