If, for example, I want something that is in the ticket to be validated, it gives me the option of calling a user, but is it possible to limit this? That is, if the user has the appropriate profile, they can respond and if they do not have permissions, they will not respond? I saw that in the support part there is validation, the issue is that there is no effect no matter how much I activate or deactivate those boxes, automatically the user who was called, if he has permission to see the form or is called in some field, can enter to approve or reject that validation.
