Hello,
I recently updated version 9.4.6 to version 10.0.7 and after the update I can no longer add a cost or task to a ticket with a resolved status.
This worked in version 9.4.6. Does anyone have this same problem in version 10.0.x?

Closed tickets can only be changed in very limited ways. This was a planned change in behavior, not a bug.

I understand that it doesn't make sense to change a closed ticket, but I need to include a cost in a resolved ticket before closing it.
This worked in versions prior to 10.0.x.
Can you tell me how to make this work in version 10.0.x, please?
