Most of my users, after opening a ticket, keep the ticket page open, waiting for a response from the technician, but they need to constantly refresh the page. Does anyone know if there is a plugin or some configuration in GLPI itself that can automatically refresh the ticket follow-up page?
*I know there is already an auto-refresh on the ticket list page, but I would like the same function to exist for the follow-up page.

There is nothing in GLPI itself for that currently and I am not aware of a plugin either.
