Hello!
We've included an image in the ticket notification template. When a user answers that mail, the image is appended to that message (as seen in timeline), even tough the image is within the "ignore area". This is not an expected behavior.
Mail:
=-=-=-= To answer by email, write above this line =-=-=-=
[inline image]
[text from template]
=_=_=_= To answer by email, write under this line =_=_=_=
User answers above the upper line.
The timeline in the ticket view displays only the text entered above the line. That's OK.
But the newly created entry in the timeline also has the inline image attached from the original mail. That's unexpected, a bug.

It sounds like the email client/server is adding the image as an attachment and GLPI doesn't distinguish it from any document a user meant to attach.
