Hi Guys,
Since Yesterday two of our email receivers stopped pulling emails from our O365 mailboxes in GLPI:
Error:
An error occured trying to connect to collector.
cannot login, user or password wrong
I tried to reset O365 account password, can login into it fine via web portal with the new password.Recreated the Recievers. Checked the firewall. Nothing seems to be wrong really but on the O365 I'm seeing authentication error:
Sign-in error code
50126
Failure reason
Error validating credentials due to invalid username or password.
Additional Details
The user didn't enter the right credentials. It's expected to see some number of these errors in your logs due to users making mistakes.
I wonder does anyone seeing similiar issues lately?

Is this to do with authentication? For instance, basic auth is being disabled by Microsoft (which can be re-enabled on the 365 admin portal) but can be re-enabled until it is permanently phased out in October.
Have you tried using an App Password for the receiving accounts?

Hello, have you looked on your tenant incident page ? (https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?#/servicehealth/ ).
In our tenant it's been deactivated by Microsoft for 48h
You might want to look at the OAuth IMAP plugin before October as this will be deactivated permanently.
