Hi,
I have such a problem.
The ticket is created from the email, the applicant receives a confirmation to his e-mail address.
If he replies to this email, a new ticket is created and the reply is not added to the existing ticket.
Notifications are sent from the email: glpi@domain.com. Responses to the ticket are sent to the same email address: glpi@domain.com
I am using GLPI 10.
