Just installed .83 on a test server. One of the things I was looking for was recurring tickets, as described in feature #423 (https://forge.indepnet.net/issues/423). How do I make this work?

1. To use recurrent ticket, you must have right in your profile
2. You create your recurrent ticket
3. You activate the automatic action for recurrent ticket

I can't find where to activate the right on a profile.
I go to Administration -> Profiles, and select a profile.
I look all over the place but can't find a way to activate the recurrent ticket option.

Hi abdon,
It's under the 'Assistance' tab. The last entry in the 'Creation' section.

Just looking at this myself - I can see that I create Recurring tickets, and its scheduled, and I have Write access to Create RTs and also Ticket Templates...
but - in 0.83.4 - where do you edit the templates. I was able to schedule a RT that worked, but all of the details are blank. I'm guessing its because the template is blank. I tried to create a new template, but couldn't see where I'd add Requesters, Name, or even a description of what it is I wanted to create a RT for.
