Hello, new 0.83 have great new futures - thx! (especially for those recurring tickets)
After upgrade from 0.82.2 a problem with ticket transfer appeared...
- mailgate received ticket in Root entity
- mark for transfer, transfer
- select transfer metod, select entity
- press transfer
- you got succesfull operation!
- select support and you got error "Required field is not filled. Please correct: Category"
... entity remains unchanged - still Root entity
GLPI should not check Category for transfer, because mailgate tickets don't have category
before processing by technician/suppport.

Verify the configuration of the new entity.
If a field is mandatory, the creation of the ticket can't be sucessfull, so the transfer can't be sucessfull too

There is no new entity, it was working all the time until 0.83.
Mailgate tickets cannot have category taken from mail content - there is no such thing.
You are right that I can override that by removing category as mandatory, but that is
undesirable. I need - when anybody start to work with the ticket - to fill in the category.

There is no new entity
If you transfer tickets, you have old entity (root entity) and new one.
