Hello,
i use glpi 9.5.6 and would like to add an Asset Item to a Ticket either with API on Ticket creation or with a Business Rule.
I search for a way to do that with PHP and API - but did not found a solution.
I checked Business Rules for Tickets - but that is not working. i used RULE -> Logical operator (and) and (or) / use rule for "add/update", Active "yes" - CRITERIA -> Criteria-Description and regular expression matches - my expression was /(csctest123)/ - ACTIONS - Associated elements and Assign: equipment by name + domain and #0
If i do a test with field which pop up "Description" - fill in csctest123 then the regular expression works - i got for 0 - csctest123 - thats ok.
But then when i create a new Ticket with Description "csctest123" then nothing happens.... no item added to the ticket (csctest123 IS already available in Assets/Computers).
any ideas what can be wrong ? in log files there is no hint which shows me what is going wrong ...
