Is it possible that a user with permission for assign tickets to see only tickets assigned to them?

Not yet, but there is a request on the UserEcho (community feedback platform) to add a separate permission for seeing new/unassigned tickets because currently users with the Assign permission can see everything. If this is what you were looking for, please consider upvoting the community request on the UserEcho page. It helps show community interest in the change/feature.

Is it possible for a user with permission to assign tickets to only see tickets assigned to him or a group he belongs to?
I need a user to only view tickets assigned to him or his group and be able to assign tickets. However, when I add the permission to assign tickets on the Profiles > Assistance > Tickets > Assing tab, the user starts to see all the tickets of the entity.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
