Is there a way to provide automatic followup based on criteria, eg Ticket Type and/or Category?
We want specific responses to only a select category of tickets so we don't want to add it to the template sent for all new tickets.
I would also like to keep the New ticket content separate from the the Followup content.

I don't think there is a standard way
I guess it is OK to edit the title and add CLOSED or ANSWERED.
