Hi.
Sometimes, when a ticket has several tasks and follow-ups is complicated to know the last thing added (for example, a new follow-up) when you receive a mail notification.
It's possible to remark this new update (or modification) at template mail to make users easily locate it?

Hi,
I think what you are looking for could be ##ticket.action## - but it should be implemented in the original template already.
If you have a test environment play around with some of the tags in the template-section to see how they change the result.
I recently posted one of my templates (for 'validation'), although it has some errors with the IF-clauses you might get an idea of how to change the template.
