Using GLPI 0.80.5 on an IIS server.
Up until the end of last week, the system was working fine, hwoever yesterday and today, whenever we update a ticket, we are faced with a blank screen after submitting. The URL in the address bar for the ticket I have just added a solution to is http://staff.curriculum.local/support/f … t.form.php
Coupling with that, we are no longer receiving notifications of new tickets/updates/solutions etc.
Nothing has changed in the configuration since last week, and I have rebooted the server, and run a repair and optimize on the DB
Can anyone suggest a resolution for this?

put glpi in debug mode, and check also the logfiles

Thankyou for that - it turned out to be the SMTP server having issues.
