Hi, I have GLPI 0.80.4 and receive email notifications properly during the week. But the weekend did not receive the emails, then the following week's schedule gets out of notifications.
Anyone knows why is it?
thanks

Parameters of automatic action which launch action ? Which action ?
Because you can have and automatic close of your ticket 2 days after its resolve. So, if you resolve your ticket Friday, you have your notification on Sunday

Email notification not work for me is to send cartridges and consumables status.
The configuration is that each day send an email (once a day) at any time of day.

You automatic action is configured in CLI or GLPI mode ?

In GLPI mode.
Why?
What is the difference between CLI and GLPI mode?

GLPI = it uses the GLPI internal cron, which only works in you navigate. if there's no activity on GLPI, nothing will be sent
CLI = you rely on your OS task scheduler to periodically (for example every minute) call GLPI task scheduler and do what needs to be done
In short :
1) call the glpi/front/cron.php page in command line
2) put you automatic actions in CLI instead of GLPI

Ok, I'll try the CLI ... and I will tell you something
Thanks

Hello, I set the automatic action CLI mode but does not run any day or any hour.
What should I do to run the CLI mode in Windows Server 2003? I have to configure something?
thanks

Could not open input file: c:\xampp\httdocs\glpi\front\cron.php
