0.80.2

We would like to customise the dropdown for Type:

So that there are more options than "Request and Incident"

is this possible?

Thanks

Re: Can we customise the "Type:" Dropdown?

No this is not possible.

This is an hardcoded value (for ITIL processus, request, incident, change, problem...)

Re: Can we customise the "Type:" Dropdown?

No

For now, version 0.80, GLPI mainly handle incident and request ITIL process.

Of course, you can't create "ticket" to manage your problems, changes, ... but this is only a temporary workaround.
