Hello Guys,
is it possible that a user write a mail at my glpi support address and writes in the header his pc-name, that GLPI add the PC with is known in the inventory with the same name automaticly to the ticket ?

If you connect the users to your computers i think the system will automatically add the hardware of the user to the new opend ticket.. i although think there is a setting for this to configure what to link to the ticket...
