Hallo,
ich würde gerne einem Monitor ein Ticket zuweisen. Leider fehlt der Eintrag unter "Support". Bei PC´s geht das ganze "New ticket for this item..." bei den Monitoren fehlt eben dieser Eintrag. Jemand eine Idee?

I would like to assign a monitor a ticket. Sorry, this entry is missing under "Support". When PC's go the whole "New ticket for this item ..." at the monitors just do not have this entry. Any ideas?

Thanks, my fault.
But one more question, is there a safe way to view a history in the inventory of times an article was to repair? or how often a ticket for an product was?
