Hello
We are trying to develop a custom report to do ticket history to know when a ticket changes it's state and who changed it, but as far as we know the only way to do that it's to make a snapshot of the DB every day and look on it. Any one knows other more efficent way?
Thanks

Same as me, im developing for Downtime Report which count every lead time on process, assigned and pending ticket.
I Have dont it using GLPI 0.73, but 0.78 is completely different. Did you have a solution to count every lead time of the ticket?
