Hi all,
We are using version 0.78, and as a new feature we appreciated that the notification system is much more complete.
Our users are ticket creators at the top level entity (recursive). When a user creates a new ticket on entity, the admin of this entity receive an e-mail, then he or she reassigns the ticket to a technician.
In the notification settings we have that the requester and the technician in charge of this ticket receive an e-mail when a ticket is updated.
But the technician assigned never receive an email when the administrator reassigns the ticket to a technician.
How can we configure the notification system for a technician receives an e-mail when an administrator assign a ticket to this thecnician?

You just have to add technician in charge of the ticket in the notification configuration "Update Followup"
