Dear guys,
I'm not a naive English speaker so please forgive my language mistakes.
When I'm add an activity or a comment to a ticket this action does not produces any mail to the user.
What can be wrong?
Actually I have GLPI 9.4.2 on ubuntu 18.04
I have an automatic reply configured to the admin mail when a new ticket is opened.
The cron is active and correctly configured, the tickets can be opened with a simple mail.
