Hello, I'm new in this forum, and I don't understand a word of French. I'm from Argentina but my english is quite good.
I implemented GLPI at work some time ago. Now, we want to change the way we are using it. I want to know if there is a way of giving a deadline for each ticket we add.
For example, we want, appart from writing all the fields we usually write when we add a ticket, to write a deadline for that ticket. So, if you write "25/Aug/2009" as the deadline, then on 26/Aug/2009, you have that ticket overdue. It would be very usefull if GLPI can notify, in any way, that you have overdue tickets.
Does someone know if there is a plugin that can help me? Or is there a way of ussing GLPI that can be usefull for me?
Thanks!

Hi, ddurieux. Thanks for your answer.
One more thing, I checked on roadmap but couldn't find where's the feature I'm needing. What's the # / name of the feature?
Do you know in what version is this feature going to be added? And when is it going to be ready?
Thanks!

I prefer to say
- when code is finished
- when beta-test is ok
- when documentation is updated
