Hi,
Just updated to 9.2 and now I can't reopen closed tickets. When I click on reopen (Reabrir):
The system goes to "Historic actions" (tasks), but nothing happens. I can't change anything:

Same problem, same version
You can bypass the problem by changing status in ticket list : check the tickets in the list, then action, change, ...
This occure on evry profil even with all access granted.
