When a ticket has been solved by adding a solution in the timeline, and the ticket is reopened, and then closed again by adding a new solution, the initial solution disappears.
The textbox of the second solution proposes the text of the first solution, but when submitted metadata like timestamp and user are lost.
I think it would be better if that solution is kept. That will give a clear indication that the ticket has been re-opened.
If that is not possible, it would be nice if the first solution is converted into a normal comment, perhaps with an extra line of text on top of the comment that it was a solution at first.
I have no idea how to do that myself, but maybe you guys like this change and are willing to implement it ?
Thx
Steven
